2024 marks 70 years since the publication of William Golding’s Lord of the Flies, the story of a group of British boys who are displaced, seperated from family (albeit temporarily) and stranded on an uninhabited island during a wartime evacuation.

To mark the occasion, Dutch cartoonist & illustrator Aimee De Jongh negotiated with the Golding estate and publisher to produce a new graphic adaptation.
