Three Days of Christmas

2019

Three Days of Christmas (2019) is a Spanish limited series set about 10 years after the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939).
3 girls grow up in a sheltered home but they take in a 15-year old whose life is in danger and become 4 sisters. Over time conflicts develop and the foster sister rejects her foster family.

Children and young people in social care, and those who have left, are often subject to stigmatisation and discrimination. Being stigmatised and discriminated against can impact negatively on mental health and wellbeing not only during the care experience but often for many years after too. The project aims to contribute towards changing community attitudes towards care experienced people as a group. See glossary HERE
